A £10.00 per head non-refundable deposit to secure Christmas Day, Christmas Party Nights, New Year's Eve with initial enquiry. Full payment required by the 1st December for Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and 4 weeks prior to the Christmas Party Nights. Full payment required at the time of booking for Christmas Festive Fayre, Senior Citizens Christmas Bingo Lunch, Barmy Bingo Christmas Special and Breakfast with Santa. All monies paid are non refundable. Cheques to be made payable to TFWB Ltd. In the case of a cancellation prior to the event all monies received are non-refundable. All prices include VAT. The Fairway reserves the right to refuse admission. No beverages are permitted to be brought into the room for consumption. The use of aerosol novelties is prohibited. All details and times are correct at the time of going to press but may be subject to alteration.
